Over the last decade, the Hippocampal Subfields Group has worked with the neuroimaging community to create a harmonized protocol for segmentation of subfields in the hippocampal body. This effort recently expanded to include protocols for the hippocampal head and tail, and the MTL cortex. In order to integrate the new protocol into the larger research community, we plan provide in-person opportunities to learn from experts in the field.

Available in-person training opportunities

A two-hour event will be hosted at the University of Toronto on September 28-29, 2026 covering harmonization and reproducibility in neuroimaging of the aging brain. As part of this event, Ana Daugherty will host a 2-hour workshop focused on the HSG Harmonized Body Protocol.
