Over the last decade, the Hippocampal Subfields Group has worked with the neuroimaging community to create a harmonized protocol for segmentation of subfields in the hippocampal body. This effort recently expanded to include protocols for the hippocampal head, tail, and MTL cortex. Learn more about the efforts behind these protocols by visiting the Protocol Development page. To learn more about using the harmonized protocol, including recommended imaging parameters and segmentation rules, visit our Protocol page. For upcoming opportunities to learn the harmonized protocol from experts, please visit the Training Opportunities page.
