Over the past decade, the Hippocampal Subfields Group (HSG) has collaborated with the neuroimaging community to develop a harmonized protocol for hippocampal subfield segmentation, recently expanding to include the MTL cortex. While the protocol for the hippocampal body is finalized, work continues on the remaining regions. Visit the sub-protocol pages below for available materials.
