We are seeking your response to a questionnaire relating to the Hippocampal Subfield Group’s (HSG) segmentation protocol for the hippocampal head.
A bit of background: The HSG aims to develop a harmonized protocol for segmenting human hippocampal subfields on MRI. We have already finalized the protocols for segmenting the hippocampal body (preprint here) and tail (manuscript in preparation). The current questionnaire pertains to the outer boundaries of the hippocampal head.Â
Responses to the questionnaire are requested by Friday, October 17, 2025. We anticipate that it will take approximately 45-60 minutes to complete the questionnaire, plus additional time as desired to review the supplemental materials. We encourage you to review the questionnaire as a group, and we ask that each group submit only a single response.
