The Hippocampal Subfield Group is currently preparing a “Best Practices Paper” in which we aim to give recommendations for quality control (QC) procedures for the automated and manual segmentation of the hippocampal subfields (i.e., cornu ammonis, dentate gyrus, subiculum) using in vivo MRI. We are reaching out to the members of our Hippocampal Subfields Group Community to gather information about QC practices and procedures in order to best represent the current practices of the field.
To collect this information, we have organized a survey that takes approximately 10-20 minutes to complete. The goal of the current questionnaire is to assess the usage of quality control practices used among the hippocampal subfield neuroimaging community. We welcome multiple members from the same lab to complete this survey! We kindly ask you complete this survey by September 9, 2022.
